Inforica Help Desk support services are provided by the Inforica Support Services Group (SSG) through the Inforica Interaction Centre (IIC). The goal of the SSG and IIC is to ensure that clients can run their businesses with minimal disruption. We combine people, knowledge, and tools with an unparalleled commitment to ensuring customer success.

The IIC has overall responsibility for all client support on our products and services at every level. We have developed a comprehensive problem resolution process. Our analysts have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HRMS, Finance, CRM, Student Administration, Actuate, core technologies and Contact Centers.
