  • Implemented Interactive Intelligence Contact Center Solutions and integrated it with Epicor CRM systems for a complete solution
  • Developed complete Contact Center and CRM business processes based on industry best practices
  • Designed and implemented a complete transactional Telephone banking IVR with the option to talk to an agent at any point in the call or leave a message for call back
  • Enabled CRM system to offer front line employees with a complete 360 degree view of customers, improving uptake of cross sell opportunities, leading to enhanced revenues
