Objective:		To provide software development services enabling resource scalability for Genesys technical team during the product release cycles as well as ensuring improved cost efficiencies.
Solution:		Inforica provided senior technical resources in Java and C++ to work along with the onsite Genesys technical team on various modules. Genesys received the added benefit of Inforica’s robust project management framework. With regular status meetings, Inforica was able to maintain the highest quality of deliverable, while observing excellent cost and time efficiencies and providing comprehensive documentation. The deliverables provided to Genesys at the conclusion of the project included extensive documentation on internal design of the application, database and screen mock-ups. The Inforica team has now absorbed intimate knowledge of the Genesys proprietary framework positioning us as a key long-term partner as Genesys plans to use this framework for all their new and enhanced product releases. The Meeting Center project was a prime example of Inforica’s iFusion global sourcing methodology as a large portion of the activities were completed at one of Inforica’s global locations
